- SharpSpring / Constant Contact — marketing automation, contact form management, and lead tracking
- Google LLC — audience measurement via Google Analytics and tag management via Google Tag Manager
- Axeptio (Cybot A/S) — cookie consent management
- WPML — multilingual management of the site (storage of language preferences)
- OVHcloud / Hosting provider — hosting of the site's infrastructure in Europe
Beyond these providers, data may be disclosed to competent authorities upon legal request.
6Transfers outside the European Union
Some of our providers are established outside the European Union, in particular in the United States (Google, SharpSpring). These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission (decision of June 4, 2021)
- EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), for certified entities

7Your rights

Right to data portability
Receive your data in a structured format and transmit it to another controller (Art. 20).
Right to object
Object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest or to direct marketing (Art. 21).
Withdrawal of consent
Withdraw your consent at any time for processing that depends on it, without retroactive effect (Art. 7).

Infotel Software implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data:
- Encryption of communications via the HTTPS/TLS protocol
- Data access restricted to authorized personnel only (access control)
- Hosting in Europe on secure infrastructure
- Regular backups and a business continuity plan
- Processing agreements with GDPR clauses with all our service providers
In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will inform you as soon as possible, in accordance with Article 34 of the GDPR.
